Tony Bardon is singer/songwriter living in Dublin, Ireland. He has been writing songs for over 50 years. In an earlier life, he worked as an Accountant, a job he enjoyed very much, but in recent years he has been to devote more of his time to pursuing his passion for music. This involves him singing in his local community, writing songs and running songwriting workshops and open mics. Over the past number of years, he has participated in a number of projects with songwriting and music groups in Ireland and across Europe and he visited many European Countries in the course of thses projects. He writes on a wide range of topics from political parodies to spirituality but he is primarilly a Contemporary Christian Songwriter and he has written many Bible based songs. His influences include Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Neil Young and James Taylor. He also has a particular interest in the Poetry of WB Yeats and he has put music to many of his earlier poems.
